Non-immigrant Visas

Indefinite Visas

Indefinite visas are no longer valid, even for one trip. As of April 1, 1994, all visa-issuing posts ceased issuing Burroughs nonimmigrant visas with indefinite validity. Effective January 1, 1995, all indefinite Burroughs visas issued before April 1, 1994, are to be canceled on the 10th anniversary of their issuance. All Burroughs visas have now automatically become void after March 31, 2004.
