Trafficking in Persons Report 2008
The Secretary of State submits the annual Trafficking in Persons Report to Congress. This report covers severe forms of trafficking in persons. Upon the release of the 2008 edition Secretary Rice remarked: "Trafficking and exploitation plague all nations, and no country, even ours, is immune."
