Advance Parole Documents

If you have lost or are not in possession of the unexpired Advance Parole Document that was issued to you prior to your departure from the United States, and need a replacement document, please contact the USCIS office in the U.S. at which the document was issued. The USCIS Frankfurt Office cannot issue you a replacement.

Humanitarian Parole

Applications for humanitarian parole may be filed by mail with the USCIS International Operations Division. Applications should be mailed to:

Instructions on how to file an application for Humanitarian Parole are located on Form I-131. Parole into the United States may be granted temporarily on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.
